  1. The eligibility of HKSTP @Wheelock Gallery members is defined at the sole discretion of Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP).
  2. HKSTP reserves the right to accept and reject any member application upon its own discretion.
  3. HKSTP reserves the right to terminate any membership at any time by written notice without reason.
  4. HKSTP @Wheelock Gallery members are eligible to use the facilities / services provided by HKSTP, which are subject to change at HKSTP's own discretion at any time.
  5. All venue users are invited to register for wheelock lab (https://bit.ly/WheelockLab ) before using the facilities.
  6. Information collected is used solely for HKSTP’s business purpose. Your information collected will be used for HKSTP @Wheelock Gallery's marketing and event promotions, and you will receive updates on HKSTP @Wheelock Gallery latest news and activities.   7. By submitting the membership application form of Wheelock Gallery, the applicant acknowledges and gives consent to HKSTP and its authorized representative(s) to capture images and video-footages of events and meetings at Wheelock Gallery, which may include the applicant’s appearances, and to publish the same on websites and social media platforms of HKSTP, Wheelock Gallery and its authorized affiliates.
