How to Make a Reservation for Match Box?

• Only registered members can make an advance booking for Match Boxes. Please register to become a member prior to submitting a reservation request.
• Please complete the reservation form HERE.
• It will take one working day to process the booking, and a confirmation email will be sent.
• Reservations made after 5:00pm will be processed on the next working day

Advance Booking Requirements

• Bookings of Match Boxes can be made at least 1 working day or up to 30 days prior to your scheduled date. Rooms are allocated on first come first served basis.
• Each booking session is 1 hour. Each person is eligible to book 1 Match Box for a maximum of 2 sessions (i.e. 2 hours) per day. Bookings are not transferable.
• Members can extend the Match Box reservation for one more session (i.e. 1 hour) on-site subject to availability.

Procedure for Match Box Check-in

• The member who reserved the Match Box should present the confirmation email, together with his/her business card and wheelock lab membership identification, for room check-in 5 minutes prior to the reserved schedule.
• Invited guests will be requested to register as HKSTP @Wheelock Gallery’s member on-site.
• For cancellation, please send an email to hkstpxwheelock@hkstp.org at least 1 working day in advance.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Match Box is considered unclaimed if not taken up 15 minutes after the starting time. It will then be released accordingly.
2. HKSTP reserves the right to suspend the reservation right of any members with multiple cancellations or no show records.
3. HKSTP reserves the right to block out any period for private event without prior notice. Members may check the availability by sending email to hkstpxwheelock@hkstp.org.
4. Only members with valid confirmation are allowed to use the Match Boxes.
5. At least 1 valid member shall be present during the whole usage period.
6. User(s) are recommended to read the user guide before usage. Action taken to use the booked facility / service shall be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions stated in the user guide.
7. All venue users are invited to register for Wheelock Lab at https://bit.ly/WheelockLab before using the facilities.
8. Information collected is used solely for HKSTP’s business purpose. Your information collected will be used for HKSTP @Wheelock Gallery's marketing and event promotions, and you will receive updates on HKSTP @Wheelock Gallery latest news and activities.
